Getting Over Hiccups

The best way as far as I have taught myself is to hold your breath, push deep down into your tummy like you’re trying to do a shit, hold it, hold it, hold it … and then … release the breath very slowly out your mouth like you’re blowing a candle out.
It calms the diaphragm down. Works like a charm. Just remember to focus.
